MOD Description: This MOD allows you to ban and unban users from viewing certain topics. It goes as an MCP module.

Known Limitations:

• There are no safeguards against banning the topic author, users of higher rank, or founders. This is planned for v1.0.0 / v1.0.1.
• You can only ban users from reading the topic. With v1.0.0, you will be able to allow users to read it but not post in it.

Roadmap - v1.0.0:

• Disable banning topic author and founders from topic
• Add in permissions to ban users from posting in the topic (as opposed to just banning from reading it)
• Integrate MOD Version Check

Roadmap - v1.0.1:

• Make it impossible to ban someone of equal or higher rank than you from viewing the topic
• User-requested features

Roadmap - v1.1.0:

• TCP (Topic Control Panel) - Allows mods+ and the author to edit topic permissions. Will come with a set of ACP permissions.

Roadmap - v1.1.x+

• User-requested features

Keep in mind that, though these may seem a bit dry, I am definitely open to suggestions, so suggest away.

UPDATE: I was originally going to make this a simple add-on to the MCP topic moderation module, but I have now decided to make it a full module, so it will take longer to create all of the extra files. I have been reminded about MOD Version Check as well, so I'll incorporate UTB with that.

Eh, sorry, but I'm really busy right now, I've got like 10 projects going on so I'll try to devote as much free time as I have to completing this MOD since I'm already about halfway through.

EDIT: I'm actually working on it right now and it should be done by the end of the week, including beta testing. Hopefully.

Wow people, I am SO sorry that I haven't been on lately!

It's been such a busy year for me, but I MAY, (note the MAY) start MODding again after Christmas. However, I do still have my newest game to be working on, so I can't make any promises.

I've already got probably half the MOD written out, but I still need to locate it.

Has anybody else taken this idea? Sorry, but I'm a bit too lazy to search right now because I can't be on here for long.

Edit: Of course, I already have the entire pre-MOD written. It's in the middle of conversion from my scrapped pre-release version to my good pre-release version. It'll take quite a bit more work, so expect it out by next weekend if I don't forget. To anyone that reads this:
Make sure to send me periodic emails/PMs bugging me about this MOD!
