Restore Forum and theme from back-up - URGENT

Hi guys,

Our forums recently had to be recited to a new server, the previous host has given us the back-up files which includes the main site, the forum theme and content.

I need someone to restore the forum and theme from the back up as a matter of urgency. The forum is v3

Please quote ASAP. whoever convinces me they can do it the quickest at a reasonable price will get the job
