URGENT Japan Quake website needs help

I am not sure if this is the place I should post this. If it is not, I apoligize.

I leave near the area of the quake in Japan. On my website, i created a page for help for victims finding homes. I am using google maps to put where homes are being offered. My problem is I am getting overwhelmed with offers.

Can someone write a script so that when they complete a form, it automatically gets put on hte google map? The site is http://enjoyingjapan.com it is using PHPBB3.

Please if anyone can help, please send me a message. I am hoping to get several homes,but this would be impossible if I have to type that in manually.
