Fun is the main goal here. :good:

BTW, Douglas, why don't you make David the Chief of Staff?

His application for promotion has been received, but due to the fact that the Elections Office of the State Department has been quite busy in its preparations for this historic 2008 election, his application has been deferred until after the election has been concluded. Likely once the new president is inaugurated, we will make the recommendation to him to appoint David as Chief of Staff at that time.

I know you are talking about me so don't say you weren't :beee: . BUT: Nothing of this contest is serious/personal or whatsoever.
So all my statements were made as the Co-Manager of the LBJ Campaign. And not as Semi_Deus, Moderator & Styles team member of STG.
Thirdly, agree with everything, stated in this post: viewtopic.php?f=131&t=8155&start=40#p88237
Thank you Douglas :)

Now indeed, lets get it over with, and try best we can to get our bertie ready for the elections.

Still love you all.

By the way, in response to an anonymous team member's concerns about this thing that I said a few pages ago...
webmacster87 wrote:You know, I could perhaps blackmail David for that, since I do (after all) still know some secrets about the phpBB teams that they don't want me to reveal... :this:

That was meant completely with a 100% side order of sarcasm, I definitely do not intend to actually blackmail David or reveal phpBB team secrets.

It's an unfortunate and often-forgotten (by me, at least) fact of life that you can't communicate tones of voice in writing, particularly when a sarcastic tone of voice is particularly necessary to grasp the intended meaning of a communication.

Anyway, that said, back to the contest...

BTW, I knew this. I?ve known you for a long time now, and you know better than anyone what the consequences are, so I was not concerned. Some people like to overreact and get on people?s cases though. :P No sweat, life moves on.
Watch out! I might do a code wheelie!
