Like 1 minute recording of full HD is like less then a megabyte whilst in The Sims 3 when I use record the screen, for about half a minute the file is bigger than 4gB...

Sorry, but no. I see no point in doing HD for these videos as all it is is a computer screen. It is unlikely you'll see any extra definition between HD and not HD on my computer screen. The product I'm using now is just fine, I'm not going to buy another product unless someone pays me. ;)
