I am Locutus of Borg. We, Humans, have regained control of the ship.

I have slipped a virus into the collective, giving all assimilated STG users the free will to enter Sickbay; and I have provided the Doctor with the necessary information to reverse the assimilation transformation and remove all the borg implants.
I have assisted Security teams in re-securing Deck 15, and the Borg Queen has again been locked up. All pathways allowing Deck 15 to have access to any ship functions have been once again severed. The Borg are once again powerless on this vessel.

The Borg Queen knows nothing of my betrayal of the collective, so I will remain in Deck 15, locked up with the rest of the Borg, until the crew needs me again. I will do my best to thwart the Queen's efforts to regain control of the ship.

The Borg are a pseudo-race of cybernetic organisms depicted in the Star Trek universe. The Borg manifest as cybernetically enhanced humanoid drones of multiple species, organized as an interconnected collective, the decisions of which are made by a hive mind. The Borg inhabit a vast region of space in the Delta Quadrant of the galaxy, possessing millions of vessels and having conquered thousands of systems. They operate solely toward the fulfilling of one purpose: to "add the biological and technological distinctiveness of other species to their own" in pursuit of perfection. This is achieved through forced assimilation, a process which transforms individuals and technology into Borg, enhancing, and simultaneously controlling, individuals by implanting or appending synthetic components.
After assimilation a drone possesses no sense of individuality and serves only the Collective.

Starships within the Federation, much like those found throughout the universe, are given decks in which serve as the primary setting for all equipment, rooms, corridors, and personnel. The numbers for the deck count typically work from top to bottom of a starship, beginning with deck 1. There is no set amount of decks within the Federation, as it varies form class to class. StarTrekGuide is considered a starship within the Federation, one of our decks (Deck 15) is of particular interest because this is where the Borg (and other weird things) have consistently infiltrated and compromised the ship.
