I am streaming my cam at 390Kbps so the upload is lower than it should be.

Either I would get me a new computer or I would FIRE my ISP.

It turns out my nearest server was (and still is) slow.
Here is a more accurate speedtest. I get a similar result for the US as well.

Things are getting faster for me as scamcast is upgrading. This is from my wireless laptop and not the direct line.

Upload is poor... still waiting for my ISP to roll out the upgrades to upload speed... should see 2Mb upload in a few months... they have trialled 4Mb upload also on some people so that *may* be a possibility but less likely.

End of the year the ISP is also rolling out 100Mb cable which should get 10Mb upload (still sounds poor) and I expect the price will be extortionate too... 20Mb is perfect, 50Mb is a bit too expensive IMO.

The fastest I've ever gotten was around 25/2.5, respectively, but that seems to be about an average result for me. 2 Mb up makes me happy when I do a lot of FTPing for the forums I run Althuogh it does seem to end the download test a bit prematurely, as the speed is still climbing when it stops. Wish I could force it to upload a larger file.

It's funny, other speed test sites give me WAAAAY lower results than these. Apparently my speeds are faster than their server connections can handle
