Highway setup motion detectors around the outside parameters of the city as a security measure.
He also set me up with a radar up here so I can detect anyone entering the city.

Looks like the city is coming along. 
Population and Unemployment stats updated. Tomorrow we need some people to boost the industry and get the Unemployment back down to 0%.

I guess Handy closed the city to put in some more roads! It's back now! 
We seem to have lost some info. Some of the shouts that were there are gone. I guess we may have lost some population also.
