A new web-app created by CyberAlien called: ColorizeIt!
http://beta.colorizeit.com/index.php
You can choose a color that exists on the style, then choose what color you want to change it to.
Pick up to four colour layers, see how your phpBB3 forum style could look in Green! or Red! or Pink!
Live preview of your changes, and you can even download your new style. -- Downloads now support multiple language packs.
Give it a try!

When its ready all designers will be able to submit/update styles. It will be free, except for commercial styles - submitting commercial styles will be for a fee. Hovewer there will be a small designer validation process to make sure designers who submit styles are indeed designers, not scammers stealing other people's work (first submitted style will have to pass quick validation, all futher submissions will be automatic). It won't affect anyone here, and its just a precaution measure to avoid scams.
Its rather large project, so it will take a while to be finished. Until then I can add styles manually. If any designer wants to submit a style pm me (here or on phpbb.com or on my forum) zip file and screenshot. Screenshot must be in gif format, width about 400-440px, any height, screenshot should include only parts of style and nothing else, and it should show all colors used in style (including hover colors). Style shouldn't have any flash animation because script cannot parse flash files, it can only parse html/css, gif (including animated), jpg and png files. And try to make sure every part of style has a color assigned, so there would be no browser defaults (such as missing background for <body>), because I'll be upgrading editor to include more features than current hue/saturation basic change.

- That is indeed Freakin? Awesome! - I have never seen anything like that for phpBB! - I wonder if it will stay a free service?

Could you implement that on this site. (Live Style change for members)
