Styles Demo for Current phpBB3 Styles

2. Is it generally true that the styles are pretty much 100% prosilver or subsilver2 and the changes are almost exclusively in the css? The reason I ask is that I am wondering how hard it willl be to update phpbb or install mods when those updates or mods make template changes. In other words, will my work as admin go up a fair bit if I end up using a style other than prosilver or subsilver2?

Some are, some are not. It's hard to say it in general but you can see it direct, most of the times. (if the template is changed)

Would it make sense to disclose in some place at the top of the demo page (where you have the author, etc.) whether the style is prosilver based, subsilver2 based or other? Just a thought.

@Derky: 1 little remark about your great site (looking @ it at least a few times a week to let customers see what can be done with good coding and teplating):

Is it possible to make not only the last template codechanges available but the entire archive, starting @ (what was it, 3.0B1 or something) Loads of times someone asks me to help them discoverign they are running version 3.0RC3. Problem is, they had a template created for that version and it is missing, well, a lot and no way to get the manual changes to get it up to date so the admin stays @ that old beta version.

@ the bottom of that block there is a link to download the latest style codechanges: •Download languages and styles changes


You can only download the latest, not the ones for updatin 3.01->3.02 for example or how about 3.0 -> 3.06RC2 etc.etc.

That kind of archive i mean...
