Okay, finally got everything up and running again.

I'm still having issues with certain signatures. Images in signatures are not showing up properly. The result is:

Also, quotes do not appear to work. The result is similar:

Site Title and Description do not get transferred.

Don't know on the BBCode errors, but for the title and desc, just delete everything in your cache except the .htaccess file. It doesn't look like it got updated because the values are kept in the cache file(once it is removed it checks the database and makes the new cache file).
