[Add-on] AJAX Chat 2.0.0 Beta

Updated to Beta 3.
This is a critical update to everybody using the chatbox.
All that's needed is to take the files in the download and replace the old ones.
This fixes a security issues and adds scrollbars for IE.

The slow chatbox, multiposting issue is not fixed yet... I'll be fixing soon.

Loving the chat. It's really nice and simple!

Can I put in a couple requests? Feel free to say no to them... But I've got an idea for what I'd like out of a chatroom, and if you agree, I think what you've got would be a great basis for them!

1) Logging in... I notice that if you're not logged in, you can't use the chat, but you can still see the chat box. Ideally, none of it would be run/processed at all if you're not logged in. Though that's going to be a very easy change...

2) Rooms... One thing about chatrooms as opposed to shoutboxes is that they tend to have rooms. So you'd join a specific room (preferably controlled from an admin panel), and the chat would be specific to that room.

3) Who's Online, on a room by room basis. I think my main use of the chat would be a separate page/popup, rather than in-line, so there would be a very definite 'this person is in the chatroom', rather than anyone visiting the site being in the chatroom.

4) Things being sorted in ascending time... I took a look at the code, and that would be a very easy change... The problem comes with making it so that you're always

All those features that you requested are in the roadmap in the development topic... so they will be coming.
Julius, I'm having some load issues with Beta 3 and IE, so to see the contents of the chatbox, you have to click the refresh chat button.
I have a fix for it on my hard drive (including the fade effect ) I'm just testing it right now to make sure everything is working properly and it's stable.
It will be another easy upgrade... just replace the old files with the new ones.

I don't know if this helps at all but the only other good AJAX chat I've seen is: http://www.phpfreechat.net/ (Also open-source). Its not built for phpbb (though possible to integrate as everything is:P) but I don't know if that would be a good place to get ideas?

I looked at integrating a couple chats, but it is coded so differently that it's just easier for me to create one.
If I was to integrate one, it would be easier if it didn't have so many features, because the more features it has, the harder it is to integrate.

I'm using the FF2.0.1

Yeah! I was having problems in FF as well... but it was really bad in IE.
I had to go through and optimize my code and get it all onto 1 page.
