Alpha 20 is up.

The user permissions system now works on the blog.php (for random, recent, popular blogs) page and in viewtopic (for the blog count). :)

Some updates to the user permissions, the upgrade script, and a few other misc things...

Alpha 24 has been released.

It includes another update to user permissions so that users may set specific permissions per blog and can resynchronize all blog permissions separately in the UCP.
