BlackburnRavers, I don't see an 'X' I see "Welcome you, Anonymous" and an image.

yoyo, i tried it with a avator from gallery and it works fine, it doesnt seem to work with uploaded avators but im just gunna test summat out and see if that works.

Does anyone now why uploaded avatars don't work with this or at least how to get them to work?

My image source for upload avatars are written as this:
img src="./download/file.php?avatar=?????????????.gif

How do I direct it so uploaded avatars show up?

When I have it set as:
case AVATAR_UPLOAD:
$avatar_img = $config['avatar_path'] . '/';
it can't find the path. Everything I have tried to get it to go to the upload folder for the avatars fails. Can anyone help please?
