6.chat.js -> the files in this one to the your_forum/
7.chat.php -> the files in this one to the your_forum/

1.modx.prosilver.en.xsl -> does not get uploaded, it's the stylesheet for the install.xml your reading

okay i did everything you guys said and this message came up

Please delete, move or rename the install directory before you use your board. If this directory is still present, only the Administration Control Panel (ACP) will be accessible.

so i'm thinking i put the install folder in the wrong place?and i also tried putting all the content inside the "install"folder in the www section then it asked me if i would allow it to replace index.php with the index.php that was in the install folder..

i declined because i just used editplus to edit the index.php and wondering why i should replace something i just edited..

Did you run the install script?

As long as you did you need to delete that install folder from your root directory. That is what that message means.

navigate your browser to the install file. It should automatically run and update your DB (Data base)

i did
i navigated and installed all the files..put them where they needed to be but its still
nothing changed

okay i went to my browser
acp then system

and i click on the

Now start the update process by pointing your browser to the install folder.

then this error came up

This means that you did not upload the files to the correct folders or you didn't. Those files that came with the mod each have special places they get uploaded to. Look at the install instructions, They say where to upload these files too.

I did look at the .zip and this had files in it for this mod also.

I did look at the .zip and this had files in it for this mod also.

i don't have an install folder on my forum..

i have:
(in order)
1.adm
2.cache
3.cgi-bin
4.docs
5.downloads
6.files
7.images
8.includes
9.language
10.store
11.styles

but no install folder on my forum..
