I think I found out the problem it's something to do with the users email address & I added him with a email address of mine & it worked but with his it did that error, the last part of the email address is @Safe-mail.net. hope this helps in any bug fix if it's needed.

Its something to do with the server setup, so it?s not a ?bug? in the MOD, and certainly not something I would be able to code around for server compatibility.

Have you tried other e-mail addresses besides that domain?

Also, are you able to change his e-mail address to the one you tried by going to user management in the ACP and changing it there?

Yes i have tried others & so far that is the only one it won't let me add a user with & I get that same error when I try to change the email address back to his @safe-mail.net address.

My web host emailed me this about @Safe-mail.net: Ah, safe-mail.net - That makes sense now. We run security software on our server, and in the configuration there is a "rule" that any connection making a mention of safe-mail.net is flagged and the connection is denied. The reason for this is that safe-mail.net has been used by many people to abuse servers and hack them.

I'm running phpBB 3.0 and I've installed the module. I'm able to add it and enable it, but under the USERS AND GROUPS it doesn't have a link to add user. Any ideas on what maybe causing this?

I don?t know if I understand you correctly.
If you added the module under Users & Groups > Users and have it enabled, the menu item should show up there regardless of even if the file is not there.

ok i got that bit but it does not show when i go to the users and groups.

Am i meant to do something with the modx.subsilver.en file? it does not say to do anything with it in the instructions but do i need to do something with this to make it work?

That file (the xsl) is the stylesheet for the XML file (which you should open in your browser).

Oh my bad i was putting it in Users & Groups only where i needed to put it under Users & Groups>Users my fault sorry about that problem now solved and a very handdy mod to have this is the only one i have successfuly installed lol

Man these directories are odd, It says style instead of styles, and doesn't really say where in styles i should upload the file.... Or Do i have to creat another folder beside my STYLES folder and call it STYLE... someone please shine some light on this.
