Currently I do not have any plans on finishing this newsletter MOD, it's way behind on all of the other projects that I have planned, I will go ahead and mark it as [ABD].

That was a few years ago, what I had written was the article system with the newsletters and an output that could just be pasted into Direct Mail, which is the software I use to manage all of my mailing lists.
The article system is so old, I’d sooner redo it rather than continue development on it. It was built long before 3.0.0 went Gold.
