[dev] alert admin in index for approval/reports.

This is my firs mod, so i will try to do my best.
The mod add Image for approval and image for reports in index page
when user post in forum that need approval and users reports.

included:

prosilver support
subsilver2 support
2 images + psd

phpbb portal:
block in portal page with approval/reports and details

Enable\Disable
chose image
