See if it automatically detects your mobile device and shows you the mobile device style on connection.

if it dont set it when u first goto the page it wont ever set it.

all you do is look on the Who is online list as an admin so u see the browser agent

But I would have to be there when he's there to view his info.

We need a mod that reads the "Who's been Online the last 24 HRS"
I'll have to look when I see someone report that they didn't see the mobile style on connect.
I take it you have played this game already.

We must share new mobile device browser names to add and build a collection.
We want them ALL!

There is a way that you can view it under a certain style upon view, remember?

index.php?style= STYLE NUMBER WHATEVER- It's from the preview thing in the ACP.

Yes, index.php?style=8 will view this style on my test site, but not for a guest.
Viewing it form my desktop, I have to reduce my browser window to 320x240 to see what you see.

BUT.... we want any and ALL detected phone browsers to force this style as their default style.

When someone on a phone connects to the site they will see this style's index and login screen.
If any phone connects and sees the SniperBlue style index and login, then we need to add that browser.

Please report in here if your phone doesn't default to this style on connection.
I know after you login you will see this style.

I don't see the mobile style by default when I view the page on my iPod touch.

the original code should include all symbian OS phones as the browser will hvve "symbian" in the agent

But, did you see the mobile style on my test site on connect before you logged in? That is the test.
We need the mobile style to be the forced style to view when a mobile device is detected.

Or do I need to set the test users style as another and see if it will force the mobile style after logging in?
Maybe as a guest before logging in it will only show the default style of the forum.
And this script only works on logged in members. I dunno.

You could set your default style as something else on your site.
Then with your mobile device logout and see if it defaults to your ?style=4 (your mobile style)

But this want even help us if this script of yours that we are using want force the mobile style.

I'm on a mission here to figure this out and get it to work.
