Is it possible to allow a person to only do this ?

How do you give someone permission to look at and change anyhting in ONLY the modules part of the acp and nothing else, not to look anywhere else in the acp, not to have any mod rights, etc. Any help appreciated.

ACP -> Preferences -> Administrators -> <Select Group or user> -> Advanced Permissions -> MISC tab -> Can manage modules

I hate doing permissions on a highly-customized basis, so I prefer to create groups and permission roles.
I would create a new role, assign it to a group, then assign that user to a group.
