3.0.4 > 3.0.6 template ugliness

Postby Flick » 28 Jan 2010, 18:29

Hi guys,
I recently upgraded my forum from 3.0.5 to 3.0.6 as well as updating Schola 2.0.1 style which was based on prosilver 3.0.4.

Everything works fine, except my forum list - which for some reason is broken. Each category falls into the next one and I can't figure out why. Its not CSS related as I've tested the style using a theme pack from a backup I made of the style. Its something template related and its not the forumlist_body.html file either as again I try using a back up file but still no change.

Here is what the page should look like -

and here is what it does look like (full screen capture)-

Also it only happens when there is more than one category on the page. :/

Evidently, the upgrade adjusted your forumlist_body.html template.

Did you try to copy your original Schola 2.0.1 style's forumlist_body.html template back in?
You can manually update that template to 3.0.6. It looks like an ending </div> is missing.
Try that and see if it fixes your layout problem.

Have you ever updated that style from 3.0.4 to 3.0.5 before you upgraded your forum to 3.0.6?
No is NEVER an Option and NEVER is the only Option when it comes to Giving Up!
