How to upgrade phpbb3 beta to phpbb3?

I know this should probably be asked long time ago. But finally I am reaching the point to get rid of my phpbb3 beta forum and convert it to phpbb3. There is no official support to do this conversion. So the only way is to modify mysql manually? Any help would be appreciated.

I couldn't find anything on the sql updates. If you can get it up to 3.0.2 you'd be okay. Here's a link for the code changes from 3.0.0 to 3.0.7, though...
