I just did a mini-training session for moderators last night. We went through the entire UCP and had no errors viewing anything. Do you want me to make changes?

The reason I am asking is because of the encoding issue I seen, it should have broke the UCP.
Also I am not finding any other issues.

The only other thing I can say is check with your host.
Tell them you think you have some suppressed PHP errors and you need to know if there is anything in the server error logs that may help track it down.

All I see on the account is access logs, no error logs.

Topdown, check the add_user function, that is what should be running at the point of failiure.
