I just started a new forum at badgecheaters.com and i need some mods installed and will be willing to pay via paypal but i need it done ASAP and need someone who knows what they are doing.

Just a new website i am working on. I have used phpbb2 and phpbb3 before and i really like it better then smf or vb lol
