You gotta love these speeds when your in the middle of an SVN commit.
As if SVN isn't slow enough.
Its also pretty awful when switching from high speed broad band to dial up could potentially be an upgrade.
I think a certain ISP is getting a call tomorrow!
Did 2 just to see if it would fluctuate a little.
