Doubtful. People consider price before they consider security; might I remind you what the dominant OS of the computer industry is?

But when you want to start a site and want to put some effort on it,you wouldn't want it to get lost because shared hosting is easily hacked or whatever you are saying. and again you get what you pay for,so considering price before security is not good at all.

Problem with your logic: a majority of the people on shared hosting are ignorant of the inherent risks it carries.
And it would be a joke to think that hosts would tell them about it beforehand.

I never said people know about the risks. I said that if it was so easy to hack any host,we wouldn't see many websites online. I know you would never say you are right.

I thought Windows was dominant? Windows 7 tends to be $100+, while Linux is free.
