well, looks like i'm never going to get paid. i registered on his site to contact him. new users can't pm, so i posted... several times over several days asking for him to contact me and pay me. all of the posts i made got deleted and even my account was deleted today. i re-registered and posted on his site again telling him that he needs to stop acting like a child and just pay what he owes but i'm sure that will all get deleted as well

long story short, lesson learned... i'm over it

If you claimed full copyright over that style, you can send a copyright infringement notice to the site host and request the site be taken down.

I would suggest that Wadie's account be disabled on STG entirely all the same, however.

that would be a decision for the staff here to make. i've already banned him from my site, but not deleted

FYI, I have banned Wadie from the Work for hire section, but have allowed him to remain on STG in hopes that he will complete this transaction.
I have notified him of this action via PM.
If anybody has more information on this situation or if the dispute has been resolved, please let me know.

this should never go into any type of completed status as i have never been paid for what i have done. wadie seems to have simply refused to pay for the services rendered. i have contacted the staff on phpbb.com directing them to the topic here to try and prevent "him" from soliciting services and ripping others off. i've learned from talking with others around the net that wadie is after all just a child and has acted like one. but has failed to realize that reputations can follow people for some time on the net.

however, this topic should be closed and move into the expired forum in my opinion as i don't think i will ever get any form of payment
