Users Avatars not showing? [SOLVED]

After upgrading my forum/style/mods for some reason users avatars (.gif format only) will not show anymore, instead there's a link to their profile with the text 'User Avatar'.

I have no idea what went wrong, double checked all of my MOD's and it can't be that.

Here's an example of what I mean.

Did you solve this? I checked the url in your signature and I can see the avatars perfectly.

If it's a different website you're asking for support please provide a url so people can actually see and tell where the problem may be.

Edit: My mistake, sorry. I must have skipped the .gif part, I can see your problem now. Have you checked that those gifs are actually in /images/avatars/upload/ if we guide from your example there should be a gif with a name 95_some-numbers-here.gif

Just checked, all of the avatars are in the upload folder. This problem is very confusing D:

Ok, I will check again the installation files for the mods that may be related. My first suspect would be Medal System as I don't see any medals in your viewtopic, however I can't find a download link to that MOD, as it appears as Abandoned in phpbb.com.

Probably you don't, but if you have the original installation file that would be helpful. I'll try checking the rest (although AJAX Chat, and ACP announcement center probably aren't responsible por this issue)

PD: You should add a <br /> just above your chat div, so there's a space between it and the login form.

I keep a backup of all MODs

All the MOD's installed are in this ZIP along with installs. There are 2-3 MODs which aren't installed, I think the shop and download ones.

Edit: Also, I can't find where to put the <br /> as I can't find where the chat code is in the overall_header, I think that's the file i need to edit?

You have the chat in the bottom of the page, so I could check overall_footer (if you have it in every page) or just index_body.html... Optionally you can edit chat_body.html and add the <br /> at the beginning.

I FRICKEN FIXED IT!!!!

I was so stupid and thought I didn't need the files file.php and index.htm in the download folder. I realised when looking through a fresh phpbb download mine was missing them. And now it all works! aha I'm so fricken proud!!!

Just the matter of me trying to align the online/offline image with the center of the rank
