Any luck finding the wrapper code? I haven't been able to find it yet.

And still haven't been able to figure out the issue with my sidebar either.

Did you add the <!-- INCLUDE chat_body.html --> line in your index_body.html after the <!-- INCLUDE forumlist_body.html --> line? Maybe where you added that line in has something to do with why your sidebar isn't showing. Take that include chat line out and see if your sidebar shows back up.

As far as the chat looking like the forums, I will have to create that template again. I looked through several pages in this topic and couldn't find where I posted that. I'll put this on my list of things to do. I've been wanting that also.

Thanks...yeah I tried to do searches and find the wrapper code too but didn't have any luck.

Ok I removed the <!-- INCLUDE chat_body.html --> line from index_body.html to see what that looked like. It removed the shoutbox from the top of my main page but other than that didn't change anything, the sidebar still didn't show up on my chat page.

So other than the wrapper code when/if you decide to do that and trying to figure out what the issue with my sidebar is, is it possible to add a line of text above the copyright information? Also between that little copyright bar and the text area of the chat there is a bit of a space that I'd like to get rid of if I can, so that the copyright bar is right up below my chat area. I tried to find where that stuff is coded for myself but I'm not that good at this stuff and wasn't sure where to find it.

How can I disable inserting videos and some other things in the chat?
For images, I'd like to resize them instead of disable inserting them. Is that possible?

Sniper, do you know how may i add a image alike this , to show in the "AJAX Chat © 2007 StarTrekGuide Indicator Updates every 5 Seconds" message, and the loading icon to show instead of it, like on mChat?

I dont know much about javascript..

Sadly it doesnt work.
When you first load the chat the check_indicator shows. After it loads the act_indicator, all images load at once, one showing on the other.
You can see by yourself... (site in my profile)

Edit: Nevermind, idiotic me forgot to play with the on/off changes. Works Great, Thank You ! I dont see why hasnt Handyman included this in the first place

Well, I'm sure anything is possible but doubt anyone would do that.

I asked because it is just annoyning when some users insert big images. Since I also put images (but not large ones) I was thinking in something like resizing them if they are too large. Also, some people like inserting youtube videos (because I added the bbcode for posting) and they are also too large.
