. So, unless this info is just ignored when uploading a pack (but in that case why bother to store it in the first place ?), it means among other things :

As for SMF, it happens that it doesn't have smilies packs, but smilies sets
: the smilies codes are the same for all sets, cannot be altered and none can be added, but each user can choose among the installed sets the one he wants to use. This is a really different mindset than phpBB's, so nothing can be converted...Conclusion
=> I'll just clean the code when I get time and make the thing open-source, and if someone cares about adding IPB support... I wish them good luck. Though a php script would probably be more suitable, since it has immediate access to this $£*µù%^ absolute path.
PS : I added DLLs in the download, needed for Win98...
