Open the XML file in your browser and then just follow the instructions...
The XML file is the install instructions.

angelside, Started installing your mod, after editing the function.php I had errors and had to remove some of your code.
Wrote down the error but closed the file I had that in. Then noticed the links to users online lost their member # in the link to their profile.
Had to backup and pull everything back out. I'm going to take another, simpler approach to this PM Alert Layer thing.

I still wish I could pull that data into the ucp_pm_popup.html file.

What are the following lines in language/en/common.php used for?

They seem to be unnecessary, as there is nothing somewhere else that calls those 4 language variables (and the third one isn't even translated into English?). Otherwise, this seems like a great mod, I'm going to install this
