No PM and Topic reply Notification through email

Hi,

Me and my users get no Pm notification through Email and the ( 0 new messages) stays at zero on the board.


Also happens here at STG (seems to be fixed)

Checked all the configurations of my board they are all set to receive.

However Board Registration Activation email works.

Just to let you know guys,

The PM issue; It sorted out, has to do with my site was in the middle of propagation to a new hoster.
