Challenge Rules

Postby DualFusion » 10 Jun 2007, 12:26

All of these rules must be met! More rules, if needed, and judging criteria within topics must also be met.

Overall Rules:
  1. Submitting your scripts:
    1. All submitions must be sent to DualFusion
    2. The scripts must be uploaded via STG or, preferably, another location (compressed) and a link provided in the PM.
    3. The PM subject must say "Challenge [topic title] Submition" or similar, replacing [topic title] with the date and name of the challenge.
    4. DO NOT provide a link to the file(s) in the topic as it will be removed as soon as possible, and you will be receiving a warning. If posted again, you will be disqualified from the challenge.
  2. Deadlines:
    1. All deadlines must be met by the end of the week of that challenge (Saturday), unless stated otherwise.
  3. Joining a challenge:
    1. To participate in a challenge, just post in the topic.
    2. If you submit a script without previous acknowledgment, your submition will be accepted the first time, not the rest.
  4. Challenge Requests
    1. All requests via PM will be ignored.
    2. If you would like to request a challenge, request it here
  5. Judging Criteria:
    1. Use of phpBB3 Coding Guidelines
    2. Security
    3. Efficiency
    4. And others :D
  6. Miscellaneous:
    1. More rules may be posted within the challenge topic, and will have to be followed as well.
    2. Only Starfleet Academy Staff members can post new challenges.
    3. Challenges start on the Sunday of the challenge and ends on the upcoming Saturday. Both are specified in the topic title.
WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
