I've never had my upload and download speeds close to the same like yours is.

You have to tap on your space bar real fast while your upload is in progress. It will zoom!

I think that the speed of your uploads and downloads all depend on the service you get from your service provider.
.... and of course from the url that you are uploading to or downloading from. If their service is slow it would slow your speed down.
