I started a temp board, copied my user database over and get this error with the flag mod. Any ideas?

I am getting an error in memberlist.php for the following insert (I comment it out and the error goes away, though either way no flag shows up within the usergroup page):

I have double checked to make sure I did not error and did not find anything that I missed or placed in the wrong location. Anybody else having this error come up when looking at a UserGroup page?

Everything else about this MOD seems to be working as it should.

Im running it with gold without problems. I had the one error, but it was due to copying and old user database over in phpmyadmin.

I have newbie install question.Do i run the install_php before or after the file edits etc.

Basicly it doesn't matter. Just do things in the order as specified by nedka in the MOD instructions.
