I think you need to put a GPS Device in the combadge ;)

That's what we try to do for every new recruit. In fact, unlike most other ships, the U.S.S. Star Trek Guide gives each of their members, senior or not, their own quarters. We've had to invent Portable Quarter Modules to attach to the ship, though, to fit all 4,420 members. :D
