No it doesn't use phpv5 and yes it is only in prosilver I am going to take down the link until it works properly everywhere instead of my main server

Just seen the chat is shown when using the default language but not with others. I made sure that the language files are correctly encoded, so I'd say that's not the reason of the problem, and I can't look further into this for now.

My fault, what I meant with default language was the default English language package that comes with phpBB. The problem appears when I change the language to something with special characters.

Ok i'm just working a bit more on it, as for some reason bbcodes ain't getting phrased now on my localhost but I think that is my fault. Bare with me and when it is done i'll post the instructions for it
