? ?? ??? ????? ??? ?? ?

Tim, I see your army in the distance. O_O

Spoiler:
Harmless: It means they *can* evade all sorts of institutions of labor and manufacturing that we have here in the U.S. - And some do. If anyone wants to discuss this, just open a topic. As Semi kinda noted, we aren't technically even suppose to really be replying to other campaign manager's threads.. :)

T50, please calm down with the "Report" button. We saw your reports already, and chose to not delete the posts. Oh, and as a side note, don't report this post :|

FYI harmless: T50's reports are due to the fact that I said in the rules for this contest that if the candidates find certain posts made in their campaign topic as offending to their campaign, even if there's nothing wrong with them from the standpoint of STG's rules, they could report them and I would take care of them.

That rule, however, is more intended to keep out people working for other campaigns from spamming your own campaign topic, so as for the China thing, I'll stand by harmless' decision, mostly because I don't see the China discussion having any lasting value to exist as a split topic.

However, as a note to harmless: because of the differing rules of this particular forum, please do me the favor of not closing reports before I've had the chance to look at them. Thanks!

I'm sincerely sorry, Sir Webmacster87. I asked in the IRC, and Handyman told me to just close them, and this was my idea too, so I did. I probably should have waited for you, since this is your forum :P
