Well I finally listened to the whole debate, such a shame Sean had to get cut off with your throw new Exception('Dang'); Dial-down... Could it be almost as evil as Madonna?! (note: Madonna= Jaz's virgin broadband that's a slut and fails!). I know you told me not to listen Sean but I did, considering it went okay. Lucky I had no drinks on hand to play that drinking game :P
Anyway I think BO'B did pretty good until he had to run :P, Albertie needs to think beyond smarties, even though I see there role, ? well... at one point you went with smarties too, lifesavers are pretty throw new Exception('Dang'); awesome though and LBJ also good despite the hiccups. I don't know it's all a bit of a draw, but BO'B will get my vote this time. (I STILL LOVE LBJ - YAY COOKIES) but I think lazy n00bs want some of those squirrels nuts! Well done to you all, pity about the technical difficulties I am now going to to procrastinating my Geography homework. >____>

Wait.. Harmless thought of it! *stares at the Communist all suspicious like.* =P

this is a straw poll, so it doesn't matter how many vote counts anybody gets? it's purely for the fun of being able to see who thinks who is ahead at the time and motivation for the others to step up their campaign :P

No, he was talking about the actual voting ;)

By the way, thanks for saying I won the debate, everyone who voted for me!!! I was feeling pretty badly about how I was doing while I was in the debate, but after listening to it again last night, I feel better. :P I had fun listening to it last night, because for everyone other than me, it felt like a completely new debate - I couldn't hear anyone but Douglas and David during the live debate.

We're still trying to figure out the best way of doing the actual voting, in order to ensure that there is no room for ballot box stuffing to take place, and to ensure that there is no room for electioneering. We're not sure whether the voting will take place within this forum or via a separate page, but the vote tallies will not be publicly viewable until after the election takes place, so as not to affect how people would otherwise vote.

PM a staff member (or make a new user account that can be PMed with your vote)

For the actual voting, we?re going to change a specific pole to hide results, and we?ll be tracking the users who vote, so newly registered users that only vote are going to be very suspicious. Many of you know how good of an Internet Sherlock Holmes I am, so let me point out that I will be able to easily sniff out voter fraud, and if it comes directly from one of the candidates, they will be immediately disqualified. :D

As for this pole, it will do you very little actual good to ?cheat? your votes. ;)

How will it not be good? *I mean, obviously, it's cheating, but other than that?*

How will it help you? it?s a straw poll. They mean very little except for ?statistics?.
