Custom Profile Fields After Auto Update V3.0.2 > V3.0.4

I recently did the auto update from V3.0.2 to V3.0.4 and now my custom profile fields are not operating correctly?

I have two fields "Age" and "Birthdate" that I can not get to show up on the registration?
Also the fields I had marked as required do not seem to operate correctly, users are registering without filling in the fields?

I have no mods installed and I am running the style Macinscott 3 for version 3.0.2

Everything was working fine prior to the update.

Can anyone help ?

Edit: Is there a limit on how many custom profile fields you can add, right now I have 7?

I went into the MySql database and checked the table for Profile Fields and everything looked fine.

I ran an optimize on all the tables and they seem to be working for now. Still not sure what caused the problem or if it is fixed 100%

There were some changes to the way visibility works on custom profile fields.
Go into the ACP -> Users -> Custom Profile Fields, edit each field and set the visibility according to the description provided. Please note that you will have to do this because of the change in 3.0.4
