Any idea when this will be public? Looks like its been in development forever...I need a mod that can show posts/threads on my front page and I haven't found anything that will do that other than portals that include too much other garbage...if there is anything else out there that can do this at the moment, please let me know!

Was working on it tonight? I have it all finished except for the ACP.

Just to clarify and make sure it IS what I'm looking for...if I have a "news" forum, I will be able to pull threads from the said forum and display them on my index page, etc, correct?

I've searched all over for something so simple and haven't found anything! Haha.

Actually, my "Away till May 1st" has been extended much longer than expected, so I'm still working too many hours to allow me to work on MOD's.
I finally did start getting a little time, but last week, I went to OSCON, so I've been on the road for a while.

There's no demo up yet, I was going through stuff and noticed I did start to get a demo setup here, got the database installed but nothing more.
I can't give an estimate at the moment? I'll have to see what I can do. I would like to get it done this month as I have everything finished except for the ACP? I'll see if I can get something up, just bookmark this topic and I'll post when I have an update

This MOD has now been updated to 1.2.0RC1

1. Completely rewritten (again)
2. Added all possibilities of forums/topics/posts to display in each instance.
3. Added more instance options
4. Added UMIL installer for the database install.
5. Added simple header for a possible header output/styling on pages outside phpBB.
6. Included SubSilver2 and Prosilver templates for posts and topics.
7. Added MOD Version Check file to automatically check for updates through the ACP in your phpBB installation.
