Star Trek Mission Crate- Mission 001: WOLF 359 – Review

We are excited to share the very first Star Trek Mission Crate from Loot Crate with you.  This is our first of this crate and there are some Trekkies in this household that love it! This crate is a bi-monthly subscription box which (according to their website) includes:

AND you will have your choice of  Starfleet Division (Command, Ops/Engineering, Sciences, Medical).

Cost: $39.99/every two months (remember to use our link and code NERDSTASH to save $3.00)

What’s Inside

This Borg Assimilation T-Shirt is actually pretty cool! It is visually eye-catching and I’m sure it was a hit with most subscribers.

The next time was this U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D Mini Masters Figure.  It is small in size but just the right size to sit on your desk.  The stand is easily assembled as it is magnetic.  The figure is easy to pop on and off the stand.

If you want to be a Star Trek: Discovery character for Halloween this year, you have the first piece of your costume.  We got the Command badge.  If you subscribed to a different division you probably got something different.

Another cool item that was included was this Locutus of Borg Mini Master Figure that stands about 6 inches tall.  The quality of the design is pretty good.  I wasn’t familiar with this character but I know Captain Picard and immediately recognized his face.

Anyone that knows anything about Star Trek knows the quote “Resistance is Futile.”  This is a pretty good sized decal/sticker showing the Borg and this quote.

Summary

This is a great first Star Trek Mission Crate from Loot Crate!  Subscribers were a little disappointed when this box that was supposed to be released in November 2017 didn’t make it until March 2018.  But, I Loot Crate made up for it with a gift box and I think they were probably pretty happy when they received this one, as well.

You need to order it by March 15th.

Order Information

At the end of April, Loot Crate sent notice that the 2nd Star Trek Mission Crate was delayed.  At this time, their website does not mention a delay but it does not mention the 2nd crate either.  The theme of the next box is “The Way of the Warrior” which sounds pretty cool.

Don’t forget!  Loot Crate has a bunch of different subscription boxes to choose from and if you aren’t really into Star Trek, they may have something else that you would like.

If you decide to order, remember to use our link and our code:  NERDSTASH to receive $3.00 off.
