The final Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance trailer showcases epic fight ahead for good
The latest trailer for The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance is promising the series will have an epic edge.
The prequel series to the beloved 1982 Jim Henson film The Dark Crystal is due to premiere on August 30 only on Netflix.
It's set years before the movie, and follows three Gelfling as they uncover the horrific truth behind the power of the Skeksis as a sickness spreads across the land.
The series promises adventure "as the fires of rebellion are lit and an epic battle for the planet begins."

The prequel's employed the classic puppetry techniques first seen in the original film done by Jim Henson.
And there's no lack of talent involved in the Netflix show.
Voice actors include Caitriona Balfe, Helena Bonham Carter, Harris Dickinson, Natalie Dormer, Eddie Izzard, Theo James, Toby Jones, Shazad Latif, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Mark Strong, Lena Headey, Mark Hamill, Keegan-Michael Key, Olafur Darri Olafsson, Jason Isaacs, Simon Pegg, Andy Samberg and Awkwafina.
Sigourney Weaver narrates the series.
The series has already had its first episode air at this year's ComicCon, where it's reported it received a very positive reception.
The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance launches on Netflix on August 30.
