Star Trek: Year Five #6 Variant Cover At NYCC

A new variant cover for IDW Publishing‘s Star Trek: Year Five #6 cover will make its debut at this year’s New York Comic-Con, which will take place October 3-6.

The limited-edition cover was photographed by Nils Walter Khan, and it features Hero Collector‘s XL Edition model of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701.

“We’re big fans of what Jackson Lanzing, Collin Kelly, Jody Houser and the team are doing on Star Trek: Year Five, so it made sense to do our first ever exclusive cover with our friends at IDW as part of this epic run,” said Chris Thompson, Brand Manager, Hero Collector. “Our ships look impressive at the best of times, but on the cover of a comic they really pop! It’s so exciting to make this happen.”

Khan and Star Trek: Year Five #6 writer Jody Houser will be in attendance at NYCC and can be found at Booth #737 to sign copies of the comic.

There will be a Hero Collector panel at NYCC. It will take place Thursday, October 3, at 11 AM to noon in Room 1B03. At the panel, attendees will find out more about Hero Collector‘s future plans for Star Trek.
