ICYMI: 4 posts Red Shirts Always Die is highlighting this week

Check out four posts from Red Shirts Always Die that you might have missed

With so much content posted on Red Shirts Always Die, it’s easy to miss something you might have otherwise read! Maybe it’s a piece of news or a theory you’d like to respond to. At any rate, we’ve got you covered as now, every week, we’re going to provide you with a few posts you could have possibly skipped.

Star Trek: The Original Series: The Autobiography Of James T. Kirk enhances the series

This post is more than a review of the book; it takes you behind-the-scenes of Captain Kirk’s life and will teach you more about the man before he became captain as well as his journey to admiral. It really does add to the series in a compelling way.

G4 is returning and we should all be excited

Remember G4? The television channel devoted to all things tech and geeky goodness? It went the way of the dodo in 2014, but it’s coming back in 2021! We don’t know exactly what the channel will include in its line-up, but we can all look forward to the return!

A classical soprano hits the right notes with the Star Trek: The Original Series theme

This is such a beautiful rendition of the theme song from the original series. The video has close to two million views on Youtube. Take a couple of minutes, sit back, and listen to the song that started us all on this Star Trek journey.

A brand new, non-canon episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine has debuted

Alexander Siddig (Dr. Julian Bashir) used his Youtube channel to bring back some of the goodness of Deep Space Nine. A piece of fan fiction was turned into a digital table read that starred Siddig, Nana Visitor, Armin Shimmerman, and Andrew Robinson. It’s a perfect visit back to the station we miss so much!

And that’s it for this week! We’ll be back Friday with more posts to help you stay in the loop with all things Star Trek!
